Section 6

Third Party Services

We use the following service providers to run this Website and to handle the enquiries it receives. Data may be shared with them as follows:

Hosting & Security

Cloudflare (Cloudflare, Inc.) - This Website is hosted on Cloudflare. Cloudflare Turnstile checks that submissions to our contact, demo request and newsletter forms come from a person rather than an automated script, and may set a cookie when you submit one of those forms.

Email & Forms

Microsoft 365 (Microsoft) - Messages sent through our contact, demo request and newsletter forms are delivered to our mailbox using Microsoft 365. Trial requests are collected through Microsoft Forms.

Tracking & Analytics

Google Analytics (Google Ireland Limited) - We use Google Analytics to understand how this Website is used: the pages viewed, how visitors arrived, approximate location (country and city), device and browser type, which downloads are clicked, which videos are played and how much of them is watched, which FAQ questions are opened, the words typed into the search box on our blog and tips pages, clicks on our phone numbers and email addresses, use of the Talk to us widget, and when one of our contact, demo request, newsletter or Talk to us forms is sent successfully. It records that a form was sent, and for the contact form which topic was chosen, but never what you wrote in it or your contact details. Please do not type personal information into the search box. Google Analytics does not log or store IP addresses, and we do not use it for advertising. Its data is kept for no longer than 14 months. Google may process this data in the United States under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework.

Google Tag Manager (Google Ireland Limited) - We use Google Tag Manager to load and manage our Google Analytics tags. It does not set cookies of its own, and it is only loaded when Google Analytics is allowed to run.

If you visit from the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager stay off until you choose Allow on our cookie notice. If you visit from anywhere else, they run by default and you can switch them off at any time. To decide which applies, the Website asks our server which region your connection comes from. Cloudflare works this out from your IP address; the answer is used only for this purpose, and neither your IP address nor your location is stored. If the region cannot be determined, the notice is shown.

Cloudflare Web Analytics (Cloudflare, Inc.) - We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count page views and measure page load performance. It does not use cookies or local storage, does not fingerprint your device and does not track you across other websites, so it runs without asking for consent.

For visitors from the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland, the legal basis for Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager is your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR). For other visitors it is our legitimate interest in understanding how this Website is used (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR), and you can object at any time. The legal basis for Cloudflare Web Analytics is our legitimate interest in keeping this Website working well and useful to its visitors (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Wherever you are, you can switch analytics cookies on or off at any time with Cookie settings at the foot of every page. Our GDPR & Cookies notice lists every cookie this site sets.

Support & Contact Management

Capsule CRM (Zestia Ltd, UK) - This service allows us to manage support and contact requests received via email or other means, such as the contact form.

Section 7

The Owner may be allowed to retain Personal Data for a longer period whenever the User has given consent to such processing, as long as such consent is not withdrawn. Furthermore, the Owner may be obliged to retain Personal Data for a longer period whenever required to do so for the performance of a legal obligation or upon order of an authority.

Once the retention period expires, Personal Data shall be deleted. Therefore, the right to access, the right to erasure, the right to rectification and the right to data portability cannot be enforced after expiration of the retention period.
